Our photowalks &  workshops are run in a relaxed, warm and friendly manor,

for small groups, or 1-1 sessions (18yrs +).

Whilst discovering how to, and enjoying the pleasure of

taking photographs with your own digital cameras,

iPhones or smartphones,

on lovely local walks in the fresh air.

With time for a little photography,

fun, laughter and conversation.

Plus the enjoyment of nature, flora & fawner,

 along with the scenery and fresh air.

NHS are promoting Mindful & Therapeutic Photography


Professional people within the NHS know that social activities like; gardening, fishing, swimming, walking and painting,  can really help people with their mental health.

More recently the NHS have recognised and are promoting 'Mindful & Therapeutic Photography',

which also help in a number of ways, by improving people's mental health, wellbeing, loneliness, boost their self esteem and confidence.

There are people with mental health issues, who really struggle to explain their feelings, emotions, or thoughts using words, which often makes it difficult to express how they are feeling, let alone what help they may, or may not require.

That's why we have put together some nice and easy, 'Mindful & Therapeutic Photography' photowalks and Workshops to help people who are struggling with loneliness, depression, anxiety, stress and a number of mental health conditions.

These workshops and photowalks are for people aged (18yrs + including mature or retired people).

Once you start to understand how you can get more out of your photography, it opens up a new world of creativity which really can help boost your confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing, whilst reconnecting with yourself and others out in the fresh air and nature.

After all ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ and photography can be a really powerful outlet for self-expression. 

About my passion

from Terry

My passion for photography goes back decades to when I was a young boy, in the era of Film photography and Darkrooms.

As an independent photographer, I do enjoy helping people with my photography,

from small to medium businesses, Events and capturing wonderful images of  families & their pets.

In more recent years I have discovered Mindfulness, and how it can help us all with life challenges,

along with the benefits Mindfulness brings, by pairing with photography to create, Mindful Photography.

I'm able to help people with all sorts of challenges as described above.


I also love to help people discover how they can improve their photography and capture wonderful image,

with their iPhone's, smartphone's, and/or digital camera's.


I also offer the opportunity to join us with like minded people,

on mindful photography day trips, and/or longer trips in the UK, Europe, America and New Zealand
